Cancellation or Change. There shall be no cancellation, material change, potential exhaustion of aggregate limits, or intent not to renew insurance coverage without notice by Contractor to PDSC. Any failure to comply with the provisions of these insurance requirements, except for the potential exhaustion of aggregate limits, shall not affect the coverage provided to the State of Oregon, PDSC, and their divisions, officers and employees.
