Cancellationby University. The University may, in accordance with applicable rules of the University and the Board ofTrustees, ini­ tiate reassignment or cancel the Agreement with any and all applicable charges if deemed necessary in the best interest of order, health, discipline, safety, security, disaster, governmental orders, failure to make required payments according to Payment Schedule, or compliance with the University's immunization policy. a. The University may also cancel the Agreement for any student whose enrollment status changes (including but not limited to a voluntary withdrawal, dismissal or change in status as a student) over the term of the Agreement. b. A student's accepted Agreement may be cancelled by the University due to the maximum utilization of facilities at which time any fees paid will be refunded in accordance with University rules, regulations, policies and procedures.

FTDI shall have no liability for any check or other item returned unpaid to Bank after Bank has paid FTDI on behalf of a purchaser. FTDI may refuse to liquidate the investment unless FTDI receives the purchaser's signed authorization for the liquidation.
