Common use of Canine Assignment Clause in Contracts

Canine Assignment. A canine supervisor shall be compensated for five (5) hours per pay period for at-home care, grooming, feeding and other activities related to the care and maintenance of an assigned canine. Such compensation shall be at the rate of one and one-half (1 ½) times his premium rate of pay.
