CAPACITORS. In accordance with the acknowledged purchase orders. SPECTRIAN shall use its best efforts to achieve all delivery times on a regular and consistent basis.
CAPACITORS. TYPE PRICE/WAFER ----------------------------------------------- [***] [***] -----------------------------------------------
CAPACITORS. The total capacity of capacitors installed was 109,439kVAR, 149% of the planned 73,500kVAR. This is because, at the planning stage, it was only possible to predict the capacity, and the final decision was based on the results of supplying electricity to completed lines. Therefore, the increase on the planned capacity seems to have been, to some extent, unavoidable.
CAPACITORS. Capacitors, as required, shall be furnished in removable metal enclosures mounted on the motor frame. Lock washers shall be provided under the heads of the enclosure hold-down bolts.
CAPACITORS. Path Group has previously purchased stiffening capacitors from Lightning Audio and has re-sold them to Rockford. Path Group consents to Rockford's purchase of stiffening capacitors directly from Lightning Audio and resale under the "Connecting Punch" name. In consideration of this consent:
(A) Rockford shall pay Path Group a (*) commission on Rockford's sales of stiffening capacitors and Capacitor Kits purchased from Lightning Audio. This commission will be computed and paid based on Rockford's net invoice sales of such capacitors to Best Buy and International Distributors. With all other customers, including US Domestic dealers, the commission will computed and based upon the US Dealer Price Sheet through the termination of the Agreement. The commission will be paid by the 14th of the month following the month of sale. Rockford shall provide a monthly sales report identifying the sales of capacitors and capacitor kits.
(B) All components required to assemble capacitor kits (excluding capacitors) will continue to be supplied to Rockford by Path Group. (*) CONFIDENTIAL MATERIAL REDACTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE COMMISSION.
CAPACITORS. The capacitors shall have a constant value of capacitance and shall be connected across the supply of individual lamp circuits. The capacitors shall be suitable for operation at supply voltage as specified and shall have a value of capacitance so as to correct the power factor of its corresponding lamp circuit to the extent of 0.95 lag. The capacitors shall be hermetically sealed preferably in a metal enclosure to prevent seepage of impregnate and ingress of moisture.
CAPACITORS. The capacitor banks are tuned to give a circuit resonance as close to 50Hz as possible. However, this is done by adding or removing capacitors with the smallest available adjustment being 0.5µF (or about 25kVAr at full operating current), so there is usually some residual reactive power seen by the AC power supply. In order for the circuit to be resonant, in Figure 2: Main Magnet Currents the nominal values of capacitance would be C1 = C2 ≈ 127.7µF and C3 ≈ 70.9µF. However, it should be noted that these exact values of capacitance are difficult to achieve in practice. There is also some variation caused by ambient temperature.
CAPACITORS. Tester shall perform visual and mechanical inspections listed in the latest revision of the ▇▇▇▇ Acceptance Testing Specification section 7.20.1, including the following: Compare equipment nameplate data with drawings and specifications. Inspect physical and mechanical condition. Inspect anchorage, alignment, grounding, and clearances. Verify that capacitors are electrically connected in their specified configuration. Perform electrical inspections listed in the latest revision of the ▇▇▇▇ Acceptance Testing Specification section 7.20.1, including the following: Perform insulation resistance test from phase terminal(s) to case for one minute. Apply voltage in accordance with Manufacturer’s published data. Measure the capacitance of all terminal combinations. Measure resistance of the internal discharge resistors. Visually inspect for damage such as chips and cracks. Verify setting of all protective relating and ensure they are activated. Test operate all load‐break, disconnect, and grounding switches and secondary accessory equipment. Prior to energization, open all grounding and shorting switches and ensure all grounding and shorting pins have been removed. Verify all supplied interlocks or other safety devices operate properly.
CAPACITORS. Substitution is approved for these components using the following criteria:
CAPACITORS. Buyer shall replace existing PCB contaminated capacitors included within the Purchased Assets at its sole cost and expense within two (2) years following the Closing Date. Seller shall promptly take possession of any replaced capacitors at the site of the replacement at its sole cost and expense and dispose of such capacitors at an Off-Site Location.
