Capital Assets and Usage Records. The PERFORMING PARTY shall authorize NCTCOG, NCTCOG's funding agency, or their designees to inspect, with or without notice, equipment, vehicles, engines and/or technologies purchased by the PERFORMING PARTY with funds provided for under this Agreement.
