Capitalisation Sample Clauses
The Capitalisation clause defines the specific terms within a contract that will be given special meaning by capitalizing them. In practice, this means that certain words or phrases, such as "Agreement," "Party," or "Effective Date," are capitalized throughout the document to indicate that they refer to definitions provided elsewhere in the contract. This clause ensures consistency and clarity by making it clear when a term is being used in its defined sense, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes over interpretation.
