Captain. The ▇▇▇▇▇ mean the Pilot who is first in command of the flight and who is responsible for the manipulation of, or who manipulates, the flight controls of an aircraft while under way, including takeoff and its crew members while on dutylanding of such aircraft, and who is properly qualified and designated by the Company to serve as, and holds currently effective Transport Canada Certificates authorizing him Certificates. When two (2) or more Captains, provided that one of the Captains is right seat qualified, are designated to serve as such Captaincrew a Company operated aircraft, the designation of the Pilot in Command shall be the responsibility of the Company.
