Card Access Clause Samples
Card Access. Using your Card you can access your Credit Card Account and the 24 Hour Banking Accounts nominated for that purpose. When conducting a Contactless Purchase your Card will access your Credit Card Account.
Card Access. Landlord shall provide an exterior, common area and elevator door card access system. Such system shall have the capability to allow Tenant access for a Premises card entry system.
Card Access. You understand that you are solely responsible for protecting access to, and use of, your Card and Card Account, including if your mobile phone or other electronic device can function as a Card or otherwise store or display your Card or Card Account information, including in a digital wallet. You must take reasonable steps to prevent the unauthorized use of your Card. CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY IF YOU BELIEVE YOUR CARD OR CARD ACCOUNT HAS BEEN LOST, STOLEN, ACCESSED, OR USED BY ANY
Card Access. The card(s): are the property of Taleris Credit Union, Inc. and may be cancelled and its privileges revoked at any time without notice to you if you violate any of the terms set forth in this or any of TCU’s ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ shall return the card(s) to us upon demand, or it may be repossessed by our agent or us at any time. You may surrender the card(s) and terminate this agreement as to future use of the card(s) at any time. However, you are obligated for transactions that are in process at the time such termination notice is received by us. Electronic Access: may be cancelled and the privileges revoked at any time without prior notice to you if you violate any of the terms set forth in this or any of TCU’s agreements. You may terminate the future use of electronic access at any time and terminate this agreement. However you are obligated, for transactions that are in process at the time such termination notice is received by us. Bill Pay: Requires written notice to ▇▇▇.▇▇▇ may terminate this agreement by written notice to TCU. However, you are obligated for transactions that are in process at the time such termination notice is received by TCU and we have had a reasonable opportunity to act on your termination ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ remain obligated for any payments made by TCU on your behalf.
Card Access. If you receive a card with your Account or any Sub-Account (collectively, an “Account”), you acknowledge and agree that the funds accessible through use of the Card is limited to the available funds of your Account. The expiration date of the Card is identified on the Card. The Card is the property of Bank and must be surrendered upon demand. The Card is non-transferable, and it may be closed, cancelled, repossessed, or revoked at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
Card Access. Card Access. When you receive your card and PIN (Personal Identification Number) you may use the account(s) tied to your ATM card to conduct ATM transactions and with a Debit Card you may conduct ATM transactions and Point of Sale Transactions.
A. ATM ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ may use your card and PIN to access your accounts related to your card at any STAR®, Co-Op, CU24, CIRRUS® or MAESTRO® ATM locations. You may use your card and PIN to perform the following types of transactions:
1. Withdraw cash from Checking, or Savings
2. Make deposits 3. Transfer funds between your Checking and Savings Accounts
Card Access. Landlord will provide Tenant with three (3) electronic access cards for each 1,000 rentable square feet of space occupied by Tenant. Additional cards will be provided at Tenant’s expense. All cards shall remain the property of Landlord and shall be returned to Landlord at the expiration of the Term or otherwise upon the demand of the Landlord. Tenant shall pay Landlord the then current cost of each card not returned. At any time, and at Landlord’s cost, Landlord shall have the right to change the system of access to the Building, and comparable arrangements will be made to provide access by Tenant.
Card Access. Subject to the fees and limitations set forth in this Agreement, you may use your Card or Card Number as applicable, to purchase goods or services wherever your Card is accepted, as long as you do not exceed your Available Balance. Your Card may only be used to purchase products or services allowed under Benefits Plan where Debit Mastercard®, Maestro®, or NYCE® cards are accepted. You may not use your Card for any online gambling, escort services, or any illegal transaction. You may not use your Card Number in connection with the creation and/or negotiation of any financial instruments, such as checks, which we have not authorized. Your Card cannot be used to obtain or redeemed for cash.
