Common use of Card Cancellation Clause in Contracts

Card Cancellation. The Bank can ask that the card is returned, can confiscate the card, may not renew at expiry date or can stop the use of the card by cancelling it. The Bank can exercise these rights if the Customer violates the provisions of this Agreement, or without stating any reason. Likewise, the Customer can return the card, choose not to renew his/her expired card, or have the card canceled, without declaring any reason. FOR INFORMATION
