CARD VALUE Clause Samples
The "Card Value" clause defines how the value of a card is determined within the context of an agreement or transaction. Typically, this clause specifies the method for assigning a monetary or point value to cards, which may be relevant in scenarios such as gift card agreements, loyalty programs, or payment card transactions. By clearly establishing how card values are calculated or recognized, the clause ensures consistency and prevents disputes over the worth of cards, thereby providing clarity and fairness in transactions involving cards.
