Common use of Care of Private Property Clause in Contracts

Care of Private Property. Contractor shall not damage private property. Contractor shall ensure that its employees: (i) close all gates opened in making Collections, unless otherwise directed by the Generator, (ii) do not cross landscaped areas, and (iii) do not climb or jump over ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and fences. City shall refer Complaints about damage to private property to Contractor. Contractor shall repair all damage to private property caused by its employees. Contractor shall repair any damages to public property caused by its employees to its previous condition.
