Care of the Property Sample Clauses

The "Care of the Property" clause establishes the responsibility of a party, typically a tenant or borrower, to maintain and protect the property during the term of an agreement. This clause often requires the responsible party to keep the property in good condition, perform necessary repairs, and avoid causing damage beyond normal wear and tear. Its core function is to ensure the property remains in a satisfactory state, thereby preserving its value and preventing disputes over property condition at the end of the agreement.
