Career Ladder Movement. Instructional staff will be classified based upon eligibility 17 for Career Ladder Movement. Instructional staff on the Grandfathered Salary Schedule will 18 not be eligible for Career Ladder Movement. Career Ladder Movement shall occur 19 annually for eligible instructional staff.
