Additional Students Clause Samples
The "Additional Students" clause defines the terms under which more students can be added to an existing agreement or service. Typically, it outlines the process for enrolling extra students, any associated fees, and how these additions affect the overall contract, such as adjustments to pricing or service levels. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of how to handle increases in student numbers, preventing disputes and facilitating smooth scaling of services.
Additional Students. At the elementary level, when students are added to a 14 class, the teacher will be compensated based on the percentage of the absent 15 teacher’s total class enrollment added to the covering teacher’s class.

Additional Students. The SCCOE, at its sole and exclusive discretion, may offer Community School Services to more students from School District than were designated pursuant to Paragraph 1 (“Additional Student(s)”) based on availability of space in the community schools. For each allotment/seat costs that were generated from Districts referring more students than allotments purchased will be billed at the end of the fiscal year.

Additional Students. If additional students are referred pursuant to section 2.3.2 above, the additional cost will be $1,000 per student per month or $70.00 per day for partial months of entry/exit, whichever is less.
Additional Students. Only one student will take part in a tutorial unless you and your tutor agree that other students can join in, up to no more than three in all. You and your tutor must both be confident that extra students will not slow down each other’s progress, so you would start off with conversations and trial tutorials. You would also both be able to ask for the new student to leave the course at 24 hours notice. New students’ parents must agree to this Learning Agreement. You and your tutor will agree the charge for each lesson as in point 7 above. Your tutor will usually charge more than for a single tutorial as more time will be needed for preparation, assessment and administration. However the charge per student will usually be lower than for a single student. For example: suppose your tutor charges £45/hour for an A level tutorial. The charge for two students might be £50/hour, or £25 per hour each. If you introduce another student, and if you and your tutor agree to joint tutorials, you will be responsible for payments and will make your own arrangements with the other parents to share our charges. If your tutor introduces another student, and if you and your tutor agree to joint tutorials, your tutor will be responsible for asking for payments separately from parents.
Additional Students. If additional students are referred pursuant to the Program, which shall be done only upon mutual agreement of the Parties, the additional cost will be $10,750 per student per month or $720 per day for partial months of entry/exit, whichever is less. Fees for additional students will be invoiced by the Service Provider on a monthly basis and payment will be due upon receipt of the invoice.
4.4 1:1 Aide. If a student requires a 1:1 aide per their IEP, the Service Provider will provide a 1:1 aide at a monthly cost of $4,892 for the 2024-2025 school year with an annual 3% increase, regardless of actual days of student attendance or partial utilization of the 1:1 aide during the month. The Service Provider will make reasonable effort to recruit, hire and train a 1:1 aide once notified a 1:1 aide is required; provided, it being understood that addition of an aide generally requires a minimum of 45 days.
