The "Other students" clause defines the rights and responsibilities related to individuals who are not the primary party to the agreement but are also students involved in the same program or activity. This clause typically clarifies whether the terms of the agreement extend to these additional students, such as in group projects, shared accommodations, or joint academic endeavors. Its core function is to ensure clarity regarding the scope of the agreement and to prevent misunderstandings about who is covered or affected by its terms.
Other students. Our student must be the only guest from his/her country, or of the same language group. e.g. students from Spain and most of South America cannot be placed together. We are sure you understand this request is necessary for students to speak as much English as possible. Also, for Safeguarding reasons, Young Learners can’t be placed with you if you have an adult student from another school.

The College will review all accommodation requests during the 2012-2013 and 2013- 2014 school years where a student was required to provide a psycho-educational assessment (assessment) or another type of assessment in order to rule out other possible diagnoses, in order to receive an accommodation. For each accommodation request, the College will determine if the decision to require a psycho-educational assessment is consistent with its revised Accommodations Procedures, as discussed in Item I above; if the assessment would not be required under the revised Accommodations Procedures, the College will offer reimbursement for any out of pocket expenses for the assessment to the students. The College may require the affected students to provide reasonable documentation of their expenses.

Other students. Action Item 7: By January 2, 2018, the District will review the admission and enrollment process at the Magnet School during the 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 school years. For each student with a disability who was selected for the Magnet School but subsequently did not enroll at the Magnet School, the District will ensure that the student with a disability was not discriminated against during the admission and enrollment process. If the District determines that any student with a disability was found to have been excluded from the Magnet School due to discrimination based on disability, the Magnet School will send a written offer of admission to the student with a disability to the student’s last known home address of record by January 15, 2018. If the District cannot obtain the records of selected students for either school year after a good faith effort, the District will post a notice on the District’s main webpage for at least forty- five (45) days offering immediate admission to the Magnet School for selected students with disabilities that were denied enrollment, on the basis of disability, for the 2015-2016 or 2016- 2017 school year.
Other students. The District will review its regulations and procedures regarding the inclusion of students with disabilities in extracurricular activities, including athletics. This review will include consideration of whether the District has an appropriate process for determining how students with disabilities can participate in such activities.
