During the notice of layoff period a) The CTC is responsible to advise affected employees on their opportunities of finding continuing employment. b) Employees are responsible for actively seeking employment in cooperation with the CTC. c) Where operations permit, the CTC shall provide reasonable time off with pay to an affected employee to attend employment interviews and other job selection process.
