Carrying Out Covered Entity’s Obligations. To the extent the Business Associate is to carry out the Covered Entity’s obligations under Subpart E of 45 CFR Part 164, Business Associate shall comply with the requirements of subpart 164.504 that are applicable to the Covered Entity in the performance of such obligation.
