Common use of CART and Organizer Clause in Contracts

CART and Organizer. Promoter agree that the policies and terms set forth as a condition of both United States and international television coverage of this Event may change from time to time, and, therefore, the United States and international television agreement may supersede portions of this Agreement. In the event that the United States and international television agreement supersedes a portion of this Agreement, CART will immediately notify Organizer/Promoter and work toward a mutually agreed upon solution.
