Casual Team Members. The employment of a casual team member may be terminated by the giving or receiving of 1 hour’s notice or payment thereof.
Casual Team Members. (a) The engagement of a casual Team Member will commence at the start of each shift for which the casual is engaged and will terminate at the end of that shift. Casual Team Members will be paid a loading of 22.5% of their ordinary time rate of pay. This loading is in lieu of all entitlements that full- time and part-time team members receive under the NES (except where otherwise provided for in the Agreement). (b) Casual Team Members may request that their employment be converted to a permanent position in accordance with item 1 of the Appendix. (c) Casual Team Members may work a maximum of 152 hours during a 4-week roster cycle.
Casual Team Members. Remuneration shall be paid according to the relevant skill level on an hourly basis and in accordance with parent award provisions.
Casual Team Members. (a) Casual team members may be engaged on an hourly basis to perform the duties prescribed for the classifications of this Agreement. (b) Casual team members start times may be changed by agreement with the team member prior to the team members' arrival for work. (c) Casual team members rate of pay is calculated by adding 22.5% to the relevant full time team member's ordinary time earnings. This 22.5% loading is in lieu of a casual team member's entitlements to Sick Leave, Family Leave, Annual Leave, Public Holidays or other forms of Leave (excluding Long Service Leave and forms of unpaid leave) for all hours worked other than Overtime.
Casual Team Members. Agency contract staff or casual Specialised Delivery Service team members will be used from time to time. The payment for casual team members will be based an hourly rate calculated from a full time SSP annual salary. An additional 15% casual loading and 8.33% loading in respect of annual leave for ordinary hours worked Monday to Friday will apply. Award penalty rates will be applied directly to the rate for all hours worked in excess of 8 ordinary hours on weekdays, and for hours worked on shift, weekends or public holidays.
Casual Team Members. (a) A casual team member is a team member engaged as such. (b) A casual team member will be paid both the hourly rate payable to a full‐time team member and an additional 25% of the Base Rate of Pay for a full‐time team member. (c) Casual team members will be paid at the termination of each engagement or weekly or fortnightly in accordance with pay arrangements for full‐time and part‐time team members. (d) The minimum daily engagement of a casual is 3 hours.
Casual Team Members. 15.1 A casual Team Member has the meaning given by section 15A of the FW Act. 15.2 A casual Team Member will be guaranteed not less than 4 hours’ engagement every shift. 15.3 A casual Team Member shall, unless otherwise agreed, be rostered for a minimum of 15 hours per week once they have satisfactorily completed the probation period and are available to work am and pm shifts. 15.4 In the event of a shift cancellation, a casual Team Member will be provided with a minimum of 2 hours’ notice of the cancellation. 15.5 A casual loading of 21% of the applicable Base Rate of Pay is payable for all ordinary hours worked. The casual loading will increase by 1% and in line with the wage increases in each year of the Agreement up to a maximum of 25%. 15.6 The casual loading is paid in compensation for, and in lieu of, the following entitlements: (a) paid leave entitlements to the exclusion of paid: (i) long service leave; and (ii) family and domestic violence leave; (b) payment for absence on a public holiday; (c) payment in lieu of termination; (d) redundancy pay; and (e) any other entitlements of a permanent Team Member. 15.7 The casual loading is cumulative and is excluded for the purposes of overtime and penalty rates as set out in clauses 30 and 31 respectively. 15.8 Offers and requests for casual conversion are provided for in accordance with the NES. 15.9 Despite section 66B of the FW Act, Team Members shall be offered conversion to permanent employment under clause 15.8 if the casual Team Member: (a) has been employed by the Company for a period of 6 months; and (b) during their employment, has worked a regular pattern of hours on an ongoing basis which, without significant adjustment, the casual Team Member could continue to work on a full-time or part-time basis. 15.10 Nothing in this Agreement prevents a casual Team Member from applying for any other advertised positions at TasRDC.
Casual Team Members. The employment of a Casual Team Member may be terminated without notice from either the Company or the Team Member.
Casual Team Members. For a casual Team Member, the weekly payment referred to in item 7.1(a) of this Appendix will be calculated using the Team Member’s average weekly ordinary hours with Bunnings over the previous 12 months or, if the Team Member has been employed for less than 12 months by Bunnings, the Team Member’s average weekly ordinary hours over the period of employment with Bunnings. The weekly payment will include casual loading but will not include over award payments, shift loadings or overtime.
Casual Team Members. A casual Team Member is engaged by the hour from shift to shift and may have their hours rostered. A casual Team Member may work a maximum of thirty eight (38) Ordinary Time Hours per week. The Ordinary Time Hours of a casual Team Member will not exceed ten (10) hours per day. 1. This loading shall also be applied to the Base Hourly Rate. Apart from their casual loading, casual Team Members will be otherwise engaged on the same terms and conditions specified in this Agreement as applied to full-time and part-time Team Members who are covered by this Agreement with the exception of the following provisions: annual leave (including annual leave loading), public holidays (unless they work on a public holiday), sick/family leave, bereavement leave, jury service leave and notice of termination provisions.
