Common use of Categories of Personal Data Clause in Contracts

Categories of Personal Data. The Controller will process your personal data only to the extent strictly defined and necessary, respectively to the aforementioned purposes. The Controller will not collect and process any redundant data except the data necessary to establish the correct right to represent the contracting Party and/or the business data for the correct execution of the Contract, ongoing communication and scheduling audit meetings with our auditors.
