Functional Sample Clauses
The 'Functional' clause defines the required operational capabilities or performance standards that a product, service, or system must meet. Typically, this clause outlines specific functions or features that must be present, such as compatibility with certain software, ability to process a minimum number of transactions, or adherence to industry standards. Its core practical function is to ensure that deliverables meet the agreed-upon functional requirements, thereby reducing ambiguity and helping to prevent disputes over whether contractual obligations have been fulfilled.
