Meeting Notices. A copy of meeting notices for grievance meetings and pre-disciplinary meetings will be forwarded to the Union Headquarters office.
Meeting Notices. Space shall be provided for posting notices of meeting, but same shall not be posted until they have been first called to the attention of the Employer.
Meeting Notices. Notice of all regular and special meetings shall be provided with a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours advance notice of the meeting to all parties of this agreement. Such meeting notice shall be posted on the official notification board for each party to this Agreement.

Notice of any meeting shall be given not less than ten nor more than thirty days before the date of the meeting, unless otherwise waived in writing. When a meeting is adjourned to reconvene at another time or place, it shall not be necessary to give notice of the reconvened meeting, if the time and place of the reconvened meeting are announced at the adjourned meeting.

Meeting Notices. Meetings shall be scheduled periodically at mutually agreeable times. Minutes The committee shall, at its first meeting, designate a member(s) to keep minutes. The minutes shall be subject to approval by the committee. In an effort to stimulate the free and open exchange of information necessary to the committee’s success, minutes of the meetings shall not be used by either party in any subsequent arbitration proceeding. The committee shall use a consensus approach to decision making. Purpose/Charge The committee shall review, study, discuss, develop and make recommendations concerning employee and professional facilities. The committee is intended to help the parties work cooperatively to identify reasonably secure places at each campus location for teachers to store class materials and personal items. This may include, but is not limited to, locker space, file drawer(s) or other storage facilities. The committee is also to assist the parties in developing an effective communication system. This may include, but is not limited to, general information telephone answering and reasonably private areas at each campus to meet with students. In addressing these areas, the committee shall take note of existing facilities, technology and space limitations. Recommendation Any recommendations, in written form, shall be presented to the respective parties’ bargaining committees on or before December 1, 2001. If both bargaining committees agree, the recommendations of the committee shall be implemented, if approved, through the ratification process. Recommendations will not be used by either party in support of their positions in any subsequent arbitration proceedings. APPENDIX B
Meeting Notices. At the request of the Board, schedule and arrange facilities and prepare all notices (including, without limitation, preliminary notices) and accompanying materials for all annual, general or special meetings of the Owners and deliver to the Owners and Mortgagees entitled thereto within the time(s) prescribed under the Act, Declaration and the By-Laws such notices (including, without limitation, preliminary notices) and other materials and information as required in connection with the holding of such meetings; and at the expense of the Corporation, copy, distribute or post all notices, materials, other information and other announcements to Owners or residents and distribute or post them in adequate time prior to the event. Meeting notices can be delivered to Owners and Mortgagees electronically if the Corporation has signed a resolution permitting electronic communication and Owners have provided the Corporation with an Agreement to Receive Notices Electronically. Any other document required to be issued or delivered may be issued electronically provided that the Act and regulations permit electronic delivery.

Meeting Notices. All TTCI Policy Board, TTCI Technical Committee and TTCI Ad Hoc Committee meetings shall be appropriately noticed in meeting the requirements of section 6.02.
