Category II. Each full-time Employee hired prior to May 18, 2023, who was designated as a Category II Employee under the Employer’s Vacation policy, shall earn vacation at the rate of fifteen (15) days per year for the first ten (10) years of continuous full-time employment. Category II Employees who have worked continuously for ten (10) years but less than twenty (20) years shall earn vacation at the rate of twenty (20) days per year. Category II Employees with twenty (20) years or more of continuous service shall earn vacation at the rate of twenty-five (25) days per year.
