CCH Use of Customer Data. Customer represents and warrants that CCH’s storage and/or use of the Customer Data in accordance with these Terms will not infringe, misappropriate or otherwise violate any Intellectual Property Rights, or other rights, of any third party or any applicable laws, including Privacy Laws.

CCH Use of Customer Data. The Customer represents represents, warrants and warrants covenants that CCH’s storage and/or use of the Customer Data in accordance with these Terms and as required to provide CCH eLending to the Customer, will not infringe, misappropriate or otherwise violate any Intellectual Property Rights, or other rights, of any third third-party or any applicable laws, including Privacy Laws.
