CCSAC includes Clause Samples

The "CCSAC includes" clause defines the specific items, services, or components that are encompassed within the scope of the CCSAC (which may refer to a particular agreement, contract, or set of deliverables). In practice, this clause lists what is covered, such as certain products, features, or obligations, ensuring that both parties have a clear understanding of what is included under the CCSAC. Its core function is to prevent misunderstandings or disputes by explicitly stating what is and is not part of the agreement, thereby ensuring clarity and setting expectations for all involved parties.

NewPath may purchase this element or it may self-provision the entrance facility. If the entrance facility is self-provisioned, NewPath would need to purchase Collocation and an Expanded Interconnection Channel Termination. 9.1.3.2 Direct Link Transport (DLT) - This element connects the SWC to the USWC STP. NewPath may purchase this element or self-provision transport directly to the STP. If NewPath provides the link to the STP, it must purchase Collocation, an Expanded Interconnection Channel Termination at the STP location, and a direct link from the EICT to the STP Port. 9.1.3.3 STP Port - This element provides the switching function at the STP. One STP Port is required for each DLT Link. The Port provides interaction with the Service Control Point (SCP). Port availability is limited. 9.1.3.4 Multiplexing - Multiplexing may be required at either/both the SWC and/or Port. The multiplexing options are the standard DS3 to DS1 and DS1 to DS0 requirements.
