Owner Inclusion Sample Clauses

The Owner Inclusion clause establishes the right of the owner to participate in or be included in certain activities, decisions, or benefits related to the contract or project. In practice, this may mean the owner is entitled to attend meetings, receive reports, or be consulted on key decisions affecting the work.
