Certain Terms Defined by Reference. (i) Except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning, all terms defined in Article 1, 8 or 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, as in effect on the date hereof, are used herein with the meanings therein ascribed to them. In addition, the terms “collateral” and “security interest”, when capitalized, have the meanings specified in subsection (b) below. (ii) Except in the case of “Collateral” and “Permitted Lien” and as otherwise specified herein, all terms defined in the Credit Agreement are used herein with the meanings therein ascribed to them.
