EXPIRATION DATE AND EXTENSION This Contract expires February 10, 2026, unless it is cancelled sooner pursuant to Article 22. This Contract may be extended one additional year upon the request of Sourcewell and written agreement by Supplier.
COMMENCEMENT/EXPIRATION DATE This agreement is executed as of the date of the last signature and is effective through at which time it will expire. The expiration date is the final date for completion of all work activities under this agreement.
Commencement Date and Term 1.1 This Agreement shall come into force on [insert date] (the “Commencement Date”) and, subject to paragraph 1.2 below, shall continue in full force and effect until [insert date] OR [until all Services have been completed and all Deliverables have been delivered to the British Council’s satisfaction as set out in Schedule 2 (Terms of Reference)] (the “Term”). 1.2 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary elsewhere in this Agreement, the British Council shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement by serving not less than [insert number of days] days’ written notice on the Supplier.
Certificate of Completion The Interconnection Customer shall provide the EDC with a completed copy of the Interconnection Agreement Certificate of Completion, including evidence of the electrical inspection performed by the local authority having jurisdiction. The evidence of completion of the electrical inspection may be provided on inspection forms used by local inspecting authorities. The Interconnection request shall not be finally approved until the EDC’s representative signs the Interconnection Agreement Certificate of Completion.
Effective Date and Termination Date The term of this SCIA shall commence on the Effective Date indicated on page 1 above and terminate on December 31, 2024, unless sooner terminated or extended as provided for below.
