Certificate of Conformance. Each shipment must be accompanied by a minimum of one (1) legible and reproducible Certificate of Conformance (“C of C”) that includes a statement that the items produced were from materials which conform to all applicable specifications, the country of origin, the country of manufacture and the Export Commodity Classification Number. The C of C must be signed and dated by an authorized quality officer of Seller. The C of C must also indicate: a. From Original Manufacturer - specific data or other objective evidence that the material conforms to the applicable specifications and Order requirements will be available for examination upon request. The C of C shall also provide the specification revision level, lot or date-code and test acceptance data. b. From a Distributor – the original manufacturer's name and provide the specification revision level, lot or date-code and test acceptance data.
