CERTIFICATE OF CONTINUOUS EMPLOYMENT Sample Clauses

The Certificate of Continuous Employment clause establishes the employer's obligation to provide an official document verifying an employee's uninterrupted period of service. Typically, this certificate is issued upon request or at the end of employment, detailing the dates of employment and confirming that there have been no breaks in service. Its core function is to provide employees with formal proof of their continuous employment, which can be essential for future job applications, visa processes, or eligibility for certain benefits.
