Common use of Certificate of Insurer – Insurance Coverage Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Insurer – Insurance Coverage. Concurrently with the renewal of each insurance policy maintained by the Credit Parties and the Restricted Subsidiaries required by Section 8.07, an ▇▇▇▇▇ evidence of insurance certificate of such insurance coverage from the insurer providing such insurance in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, and, if requested by the Administrative Agent or any Lender, copies of all of the applicable policies.
