CERTIFICATE OF INTERESTED PARTIES FORM. At the time Contractor submits a signed contract to the PUCT, Contractor must submit a “Certificate of Interested Parties” form to the PUCT and file the form with the Texas Ethics Commission. The form and instructions for filing the form can be found at: ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇/TECCertInt/pages/login/certLogin.jsf. Contractor must not perform any work under the contract, nor receive any compensation prior to filing the form with the Texas Ethics Commission.
