Certificate Schedule Sample Clauses

A Certificate Schedule is a section in a contract that outlines the specific details and requirements related to certificates, such as insurance certificates or compliance documents, that a party must provide. It typically lists the types of certificates required, the deadlines for submission, and any particular standards or endorsements that must be met. By clearly specifying these requirements, the Certificate Schedule ensures that all necessary documentation is provided in a timely manner, reducing the risk of non-compliance and helping to allocate responsibility between the parties.
