Common use of CERTIFICATES AND LICENCES Clause in Contracts

CERTIFICATES AND LICENCES. Certificates of airworthiness, certificates of competency and licences issued or rendered valid in accordance with the laws and regulations of one Contracting Party, including in the case of the Government of the Republic of Malta, European Union laws and regulations, and unexpired, shall be recognized as valid by the other Contracting Party for the purpose of operating services provided for in this Agreement, provided that the requirements under which such certificates or licences were issued or rendered valid are equal to or above the minimum standards which are or may be established pursuant to the Convention.
