Certificates and Other Documents. WGT and Purchaser, and Seller and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, shall deliver the certificates and other items provided for in Articles 7 and 8 of this Agreement.

Certificates and Other Documents. Seller shall have furnished Purchaser with such certificates of Seller as Purchaser may reasonably request to evidence or certify compliance with the conditions set forth in this Section 8.1. The form and substance of all opinions, certificates and other documents hereunder shall be satisfactory in all respects to Purchaser and its counsel.
