Certificates of Completion. Within 30 days after NTIFA has been provided with satisfactory evidence that either Developer Party has caused the completion of the development and construction of any portion of the Project (as evidenced by the issuance of a final certificate of occupancy for each component of that particular portion of the Project, together with such other evidence NTIFA may reasonably require to establish that that portion of the Project is substantially complete and ready to open) and that the appropriate Developer Party has complied with the requirements of Articles III and IV of this Agreement with respect to such portion, NTIFA shall issue a Certificate of Completion certifying that the respective Developer Party has met the construction and development requirements for each component of the completed portion of the Project set forth in this Agreement.
