Certificates Required Sample Clauses
The "Certificates Required" clause mandates that one party must provide specific certificates, typically as proof of insurance coverage or compliance with certain standards, to the other party. In practice, this often means the contractor or service provider must submit up-to-date insurance certificates before work begins or as a condition for payment. This clause ensures that the party receiving services can verify that adequate insurance or compliance measures are in place, thereby reducing risk and providing assurance that contractual obligations are being met.
