Certification and Qualifications Sample Clauses

The Certification and Qualifications clause requires parties, typically service providers or contractors, to confirm that they possess the necessary skills, licenses, or credentials to perform the agreed-upon work. In practice, this clause may obligate a contractor to provide proof of professional certifications or ensure that all personnel assigned to a project meet specified qualification standards. Its core function is to ensure that only competent and properly credentialed individuals or entities undertake the work, thereby reducing the risk of substandard performance or legal non-compliance.
