Certification Attainment. An employee who earns job relevant certifications comparable to the attainment of a bachelors degree (120 credit hours), while employed at ▇▇▇▇▇▇, shall receive a $450 increase to their base salary. The following calculations will be applied for a comparable bachelor’s degree: a. Continuing Education course: approved continuing education courses will equate to one-third (1/3) of the CEU earned. [CEU earned/3 = credit hours earned] b. Non-credit courses: approved non-credit courses will equate to one (1) credit hour for each thirty (30) clock hours of instruction.
