Salary Adjustment for 2022-2023. Employees who worked for the District during the 2021-2022 work year and return to the District for their respective 2022-2023 work year will receive an hourly wage rate for the 2022-2023 work year as follows. The Employee will first advance on the Initial Salary and Placement Schedule, from their initial placement on the schedule upon hire, the number of years of service in their category of position. If the Employee’s years of service in their category of position is greater than the number of steps available for advancement, then the Employee will receive an additional $0.10 (10 cents) increase for each year of service in the category of position beyond the step advancement, up to eight (8) years. For example, a paraprofessional who has 7 years of service in the category of position as of the end of the 21-22 work year and was initially placed at Step 1 upon hire, will advance 2 steps to Step 3 on the 2022-2023 Paraprofessional Placement Schedule ($16.50) and receive an additional $.50 (50 cents) for the 5 years of additional service beyond the 2 step advancement, resulting in a $17.00 hourly wage rate for the 2022-2023 work year. Employees will receive the percentage increases over the prior year’s salaries as provided in Section I for each subsequent year of this Agreement. This salary adjustment only applies to employees who made less than the below hourly rates in the 2021-2022 work year: Library Aide: $15.00 Paraprofessional: $16.00 Administrative Assistant Building Level: $19.00 Health Clerk: $16.50 Registered Nurse: N/A Payroll and Benefits Coordinator: N/A Finance Secretary: $20.00 Custodian: $18.00 Building ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇: N/A Employees who earned higher than these hourly rates in the 2021-2022 work year will not receive the salary adjustment. Rather, they will receive the percentage increase described in Section I above.

  • Salary Adjustment The salary of an employee returning from uncompensated leave shall be adjusted to reflect all non-discretionary increases distributed during the period of leave. While on such leave, an employee shall be eligible to participate in any special salary incentive programs.

  • Salary Adjustments At any time during the term of this Contract, the Board may, in its discretion, review and adjust the salary of the Superintendent, but in no event shall the Superintendent be paid less than the salary set forth in Section 3.1 of this Contract except by mutual agreement of the two parties. Such adjustments, if any, shall be made pursuant to a lawful Board resolution. In such event, the parties agree to provide their best efforts and reasonable cooperation to execute a new contract incorporating the adjusted salary.

  • SALARY STEP PLAN AND SALARY ADJUSTMENTS Appointments to positions in the City and County service shall be at the entrance rate established for the position except as otherwise provided herein.

  • Annual Adjustment From January 1 of the next year, the loan interest rate shall be adjusted, on the basis of the LPR recently published, in accordance with the increased or decreased percentage points agreed herein;

  • Annual Adjustments Base Rent shall be increased on each annual anniversary of the first day of the first full month during the Term of this Lease (each an “Adjustment Date”) by multiplying the Base Rent payable immediately before such Adjustment Date by the Rent Adjustment Percentage and adding the resulting amount to the Base Rent payable immediately before such Adjustment Date. Base Rent, as so adjusted, shall thereafter be due as provided herein. Base Rent adjustments for any fractional calendar month shall be prorated.
