Common use of Certification Report Clause in Contracts

Certification Report. A public document issued by a CB which summarises the results of an evaluation and confirms the overall results, i.e. that the evaluation has been properly carried out, that the evaluation criteria, evaluation methods and other procedures have been correctly applied and that the conclusions of the Evaluation Technical Report are consistent with the evidence adduced. A publication giving brief particulars of currently valid conformant certificates in accordance with this Agreement. A party in contract with an ITSEF for an evaluation.
