Common use of Certification Standards Clause in Contracts

Certification Standards. Within sixty (60) days following the ratification of this Agreement, the City and Union shall meet to discuss and review the existing examination procedures and requirements for Level 1 and 2. The parties will designate three (3) Union and three (3) City representatives. Upon review of the procedures and requirements, the parties shall make a recommendation to the Personnel Director to revise bi-lingual testing, procedures and/or certification level standards, as appropriate.
