Certification with Shipment Sample Clauses
The 'Certification with Shipment' clause requires that certain documents or certificates accompany goods when they are shipped. Typically, this means the seller must provide proof of compliance with specific standards, such as quality certificates, inspection reports, or certificates of origin, along with the shipping documents. This clause ensures that the buyer receives necessary assurances about the goods' quality or origin before taking delivery, thereby reducing the risk of receiving non-conforming or uncertified products.
