Common use of Certifications and Representations Clause in Contracts

Certifications and Representations. Seller warrants that it has completed, and will maintain throughout the term of this order, all applicable annual representations and certifications through the System for Award Management (“▇▇▇”). Throughout the term of this order, Seller shall update the representations and certifications submitted to ▇▇▇ as necessary, but at least annually, to ensure they are current, accurate, and complete. Seller’s representations and certifications are herein incorporated by reference, whether completed through the ▇▇▇ or otherwise made in connection with the award or performance of this order, and made applicable to this order with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. Seller warrants that each certification and representation made by Seller and incorporated by reference into this order is current, accurate, and complete as of the date it was made. Seller shall notify Purchaser in writing of any change in status regarding any certification or representation made by Seller and incorporated by reference into this order.
