Cessation of Contributions. Contributions under subsection (i) are explicitly conditioned on Executive’s continued employment with the Company, except in the event that Executive’s employment is terminated prior to September 30, 2007 (1) by the Company other than for Cause pursuant to Section 5(d)), (2) by reason of disability as contemplated by Section 5(b); or (3) by reason of death as contemplated by Section 5(a), in which case the Company shall continue to make contributions as provided in subsection (i).
