Change Identification. Whenever new or changed equipment, plant, standards or procedures are introduced, the appropriate elements of the Competence Management System shall be reviewed and updated. The relevant professional head or nominated technical lead implementing equipment or procedural change shall confirm that actions are implemented in line with the requirements detailed in this standard. In addition, the CMS shall be updated as appropriate in accordance with any recommendations accepted by the National Recommendations Review Panel. Where a change occurs, the person leading the change shall consider potential requirements such as: • a new or revised training event; • a new or revised competence standard; • changes to the assessment methods, including the requirement for additional knowledge testing; • briefing of currently competent people, including any requirements to provide assurance that all individuals understand the impact of the changes; • formal training/re-training/assessment of individuals impacted by the change.
Change Identification. Should a party (the “Requester”) wish to request a material change in any Client Application Specifications, Platform Specifications, Legal Documentation Requirements or Additional Services Specifications it shall submit a change request (a “Change Request”) in writing to the other party.
