Common use of Change in address Clause in Contracts

Change in address. The Borrower's/guarantor/s hereby undertake to intimate Bank any change in their address, and in the event of any failure on their part it will be sufficient service a notice to the borrowers/guarantor/s any communication including recalling the dues, at the last known address as furnished by the borrower's/ guarantor/s and take necessary recovery steps.
