Common use of Change in Authorized Representative Clause in Contracts

Change in Authorized Representative. During the term of this Agreement, if there is a petition for withdrawal of recognition of the Meet and Confer Team pursuant to Section 147.0034 of the Texas Local Government Code, then it will be the City‟s option to continue the terms of this Agreement or to cancel the Agreement. In addition, the City may withdraw recognition as provided by the petition, or order a certification election in accordance with Section 147.0032 regarding whether to do so.
