Change in Carrier. It is agreed that the Employer can change the carrier of any plan provided that there is no reduction in benefits and provided that the Employer gives the Union not less than sixty (60) days’ notice of such change, furnishes the Union with full particulars of the plan to be substituted and meets with the Union Representatives to discuss and explain the change proposed. The Union acknowledges that the Employer has agreed, for the term of this Agreement, to absorb the additional costs due to increased premiums required to maintain the current level of Health Care Benefits Plans.
