Change in Information Sample Clauses

Change in Information. Affiliate and Association agree to immediately notify RCI of any change in any information set forth in the Application for Affiliation or of any other fact or circumstances affecting the operation of the RCI Exchange Program with respect to the Resort.

Change in Information. If I/we change my/our financial institution, branch or Account number, I/we must advise you in writing delivered (by way of letter or email) to your contact information at least 20 calendar days before my/our next scheduled PAD. I/We acknowledge that failure to notify you may result in my/our payment being dishonoured and my/our lease being in default.

Any Party adversely affected by a change to a schedule may elect to close the Transaction without prejudice to such Party's rights to indemnification relating to any such change.
